Welcome to the Run Strong with Coach Sean run training success program.
Run Strong takes a holistic approach to assisting the runner meet their potential. Run Strong programs focus on building confidence and success, with a touch of fun and knowledge. An emphasis is placed on training to avoid injury.
Coach Sean helps you cross the finish line smiling!
Coach Sean’s coaching philosophy is: “help the athlete achieve their potential through a holistic approach.” He gets to know each athlete to understand their goals and needs rather than focus providing run workouts. He works with the athlete to ensure they are training in a safe manner and considers their approach to running both physically and mentally.
Coach Sean enjoys getting to know his athletes, what motivates them and how to best support them achieve their goals. The Run Strong program is designed to help runners with a positive attitude and goal orientation be successful!
