"I've trained with Sean's Run Strong Program for three 'cycles' now, including both Winter and Summer. The measure of his success as a coach is in the results. He's helped me deliver podium finishes in every distance I race...5km, 10km, 10-miler, and Half-Marathon. Not only is Sean an experienced runner himself which means that he 'runs the runs' with us in all our training sessions, but he also brings years of professional coaching experience in the collegiate running world with him. We get detailed weekly programs tailored to our goal races (I love this because, like most runners, I don't want to spend time thinking and what I'm going to do this week or this session...I just want someone to tell me and then I'll go out and do it) and regular and on-going 'debriefing over post-training coffee' sessions on both an individual and group basis. His approach and strength in building the Run Strong Team is so collegial that it makes tough training sessions fun: we all benefit from each other.
